Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your payment is verified, our team carefully packs your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, followed by a dispatch notification with tracking details once your package leaves our facility.

Processing Cut-off Time Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST may be processed on the following business day. During peak seasons or special sales, processing times may be extended slightly — we will keep you informed every step of the way.

Shipping Methods

Shipments within India are delivered via trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, and others. We choose the most reliable carrier based on your location to ensure timely and safe delivery.

All shipments are fully insured until they reach your address. In the rare event of loss or damage during transit, our insurance coverage ensures you are protected — no additional cost to you.

Important Address Restriction Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Please provide a complete and accurate street address with a valid pin code to avoid delivery issues.

Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery within India generally takes 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery pin code and location. Metro cities and major urban centres typically experience faster delivery (3–4 days).

For remote or difficult-to-reach locations, delivery may take longer — up to 8–10 business days in some cases. We partner with local carrier networks to extend our reach to every corner of India.

Customers are notified via email or SMS with a tracking number once the order is dispatched, allowing real-time tracking of shipments. You can track your package directly on the courier partner's website or through your order history on Womania.

Tracking Your Order Once dispatched, you will receive a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the tracking number for the tracking information to be updated on the courier's system.

Shipping Charges

Shipping within India: Free shipping is typically provided for all domestic orders. If any minimum order value applies for free shipping, it will be mentioned on the checkout page. Currently, Womania offers free shipping on all prepaid orders across India with no minimum purchase requirement.

International Shipping: Available on select products. Delivery timelines for international orders vary by destination — typically 7–20 business days depending on customs processing and local postal services. Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

International Customers Please Note Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges, if applicable, are determined by your local customs office and must be paid by the recipient. Womania is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Failed Delivery

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, absence of the receiver after multiple delivery attempts, or customer’s refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to the sender (Womania) at the customer’s expense.

In such cases, original shipping charges are non-refundable, and additional charges (including return shipping fees) may be deducted from any applicable refund. Once the returned package is received at our facility, we will process a refund for the product value minus return shipping and handling costs.

Pro Tip Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you realize an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at sales@womania.co.in — we may be able to correct the address before dispatch.

Delays & Exceptions

Shipping and delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, natural disasters, strikes, labour disputes, pandemics, or unprecedented circumstances. Womania will keep customers updated in such cases and provide assistance for alternative solutions wherever possible.

During special sales or festive seasons (e.g., Diwali, Holi, End-of-Season Sales), delivery timelines may be extended due to high order volume and courier partner capacity constraints. We recommend placing orders well in advance for time-sensitive deliveries during such periods.

Our Commitment While we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to third-party carrier factors, we promise to be transparent about any known delays and work diligently to get your order to you as quickly as possible. For urgent shipping needs, please contact our support team and we will explore expedited options where available.
