Return Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a cancellation and return.
After this 15-day window has passed, unfortunately we are unable to offer a return or refund. We encourage you to inspect your order as soon as it arrives and reach out promptly if anything is not right.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it
- Unworn or unused, with all original tags still attached
- In its original packaging, undamaged and intact
- Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase

Await Approval
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with approval or next steps.
Receive Return Label
If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Ship to Our Address

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is:
- Defective or broken
- Damaged during transit or packaging
- Incorrect (wrong item, colour, or size received)
Contact us at sales@womania.co.in with photos of the damaged or incorrect item and we will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible — at no extra cost to you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Sale items and items purchased during promotional events
- Gift cards
- Earrings and intimate accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancellation & Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return or cancellation request, here's what happens:
- We will notify you by email whether your cancellation and refund has been approved or not
- If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear — banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the amount
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
