Orders & Payments

How do I place an order on Womania? +

Simply browse our collection, add your favourite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details, select a payment method, and confirm your order. You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. For guest checkout, you can still track your order using the tracking link sent via email.

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking, and cash on delivery (COD) for select pin codes. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it? +

We process orders quickly, but you may request a cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order by emailing us at sales@womania.co.in with your order number. Once an order is dispatched, modifications or cancellations are not possible. However, you can return eligible items per our Refund Policy after receiving them.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available? +

Yes, COD is available for most locations across India. A nominal convenience fee may apply for COD orders. Please note that COD orders have a maximum order value limit and are subject to verification. You will receive a confirmation call or SMS before dispatch.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take? +

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, standard delivery within India takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities often receive orders in 3–4 days. For remote areas, delivery may take 7–10 business days. You'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS once dispatched.

Do you ship internationally? +

Yes, we ship to select international destinations. Shipping charges and delivery timelines (typically 7–20 business days) are calculated at checkout. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

How can I track my order? +

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time. You can also log into your Womania account (if you created one) and view your order history for tracking updates.

What if my package is lost or damaged during transit? +

All shipments are fully insured. If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will initiate a claim with the courier partner and arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy. For lost packages, we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? +

We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your item. Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, email us at sales@womania.co.in with your order number and reason for return. Please review our full Refund & Cancellation Policy for detailed eligibility conditions.

How long does it take to receive a refund? +

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the credit to appear in your account. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

What items are non-returnable? +
  • Sale items or items purchased during promotional events
  • Gift cards
  • Earrings and intimate accessories (hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
Can I exchange an item instead of returning? +

The fastest way to get the correct item is to return your original purchase and place a new order for the desired item. Once your return is accepted, we will process your refund, and you can use those funds or a new payment method to place a fresh order. This ensures you don't miss out on stock availability.

Products & Sizing

How do I find the right size? +

Each product page features a detailed size chart with measurements for bust, waist, hips, and length. We recommend measuring a similar garment you already own and comparing it with our size chart. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a comfortable fit. For further assistance, email us with your measurements and we'll be happy to advise.

Are the product colours accurate on screen? +

We make every effort to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitor settings, device screens, and lighting during photography, actual colours may vary slightly. We recommend reviewing multiple product images and reading customer reviews for a better understanding.

Do you restock sold-out items? +

Many of our collections are limited edition, but we do restock popular items based on demand. You can sign up for "Notify Me" on the product page to receive an email when the item is back in stock. You can also follow us on social media for restock announcements.

Account & Security

Do I need an account to place an order? +

No, you can check out as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account allows you to save your shipping addresses, view order history, track multiple orders, and earn loyalty points on future purchases.

Is my payment information secure? +

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption (SSL) for all transactions. Our payment gateway partners are PCI-DSS compliant, ensuring that your credit card, UPI, and banking details are fully protected. Womania never stores full payment credentials on our servers.

How do I reset my password? +

On the login page, click "Forgot Password?" and enter your registered email address. You will receive a password reset link within a few minutes. If you don't see the email, please check your spam or junk folder. For further assistance, contact our customer support team.

Do you offer gift wrapping or personalised notes? +

Yes! During checkout, you can select the gift wrapping option for a small fee. You may also add a personalised note (up to 200 characters) that we will beautifully print and include with your order. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or just because.

How do I care for my Womania garments? +

Each product comes with a care label. Generally, we recommend gentle machine wash or hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals. Air dry in shade — do not tumble dry or dry clean unless specified. Following these instructions will keep your garments looking beautiful for years.
